摘要
研究喷涂聚脲弹性体技术实现混凝土结构的修复在确保混凝土构筑物长期安全运行上具有重大意义。经对比研究常见的混凝土结构修复材料和技术,深入分析了聚脲技术应用于混凝土结构修复的技术优势。研究表明:聚脲技术实现混凝土结构的修复具有节能环保、施工方便快捷、修复效果显著的特点;针对顶面、垂直面及复杂基材表面大面积的中小型裂缝的修复,聚脲技术修复优势显著,无流淌和发泡现象;可长期承受腐蚀介质的侵蚀,是混凝土结构的重要保障。
Research on polyurea elastomer spraying technique for concrete structure repair is significant in ensuring long-term safe operation of concrete structures. Common materials and techniques for repairing concrete structure are compared and studied, and technical advantages in application of polyurea technique for concrete structure repairing are analyzed in depth. After research, it is indicated that polyurea technique for concrete structure repair is energy saving and environmentally friendly, having convenient construction and obvious repairing effect; the technique has advantages in repairing medium and small cracks of large area on top, vertical side and complex surface, being free of flowing and bubbling phenomenon; it can withstand corrosion of corrosive medium for a long term and provide important protection for concrete structure.
