骨桥蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-2在子宫内膜癌的表达 被引量:5

Expression of osteopontin and matrix metalloproteinase-2 in endometrial carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测28例正常子宫内膜、28例不典型增生子宫内膜和68例子宫内膜癌中OPN和MMP-2的表达。结果 OPN在正常子宫内膜、不典型增生子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌组织中的表达逐渐增强,3组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);MMP-2在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达高于正常子宫内膜和不典型增生内膜(P<0.01),而MMP-2在正常子宫内膜和不典型增生内膜中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。OPN和MMP-2的表达与子宫内膜癌的临床分期、肌层浸润、组织分化及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),但与病理类型无关(P>0.05)。OPN与MMP-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.634,P<0.01)。结论 OPN和MMP-2在子宫内膜癌中高表达可能与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移有关。 Objective To study the expression of osteopontin(OPN) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in endometrial carcinoma and the relationship with the clinical pathological characteristics of endometrial carcinoma.Methods The expressions of OPN and MMP-2 in twenty-eight normal endometria,teenty-eight atypical hyperplastic endometria and sixty-eight endometrial carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The expressions of OPN in normal endometria,atypical hyperplastic endometria and endometrial carcinoma increased gradually,pairwise comparisons among the three group were statistically significant difference(P0.01).The expression of MMP-2 in endometrial cancer tissue was stronger than that in normal endometria and atypical hyperplastic endometria(P0.01),but there was no statistical difference in the expression of MMP-2 in normal endometria and atypical hyperplastic endometria(P0.05).The expressions of OPN and MMP-2 in endometrial cancer were correlated with the clinical stage,myometrial invasion,histodifferentiation and lymph node metastasis(P0.01),but the expressions of OPN and MMP-2 were incorrelated with pathological type(P0.05).The expression of OPN and MMP-2 in endometrial cancer had positive correlation(r=0.634,P0.01).Conclusion The high expressions of OPN and MMP-2 may be associated with the development,invasion and metastasis of endometrial cancer.
