High-quality nursing service is provided to increase the expectation value and satisfaction of the patients and family members as well as to promote harmonization of nurse-patients relationship through the steps of transforming nursing model and nursing sense, tamping the foundation of basic nursing service, utilizing nursing hu- man resources reasonably, changing service sense,etc.
