通过分析相关文献,从盘源性颈痛(VID)的西医概念、发病原因及机制、诊断方法、治疗方法及中医的病因病机、辨证分型、中医的内外治法等方面进行阐述,旨在指导临床治疗。

Discogenic pain was illustrated from the angles of western medicine including concept, etiology, mechanism, diagnostic methods, therapy and traditional Chinese medicine including cause of disease, pathogenesis, differentiation symptoms and syndromes, external and internal treatment, etc through analyzing related literatures in order to guide clinical treatment.
