摘要
本文首先以金融资产结构为出发点,介绍了我国企业金融资产投资现状。然后,分别就证券、基金及金融衍生工具三种金融资产投资方式所面临的问题及风险进行了更深一步的分析,并给出了相应的对策。最后,对企业在当前经济形势下所需的必要调整做了简要分析,并对企业金融资产投资做出了前景展望。
Based on the financial assets structure,this paper introduces the investment situation of domestic enterprise financial assets.Then,this paper analyzes the problems and risks in the investment of stocks and bonds,funds and financial derivative,and offers some countermeasures.Finally,this paper makes a brief analysis of necessary adjustments that enterprises should take in current economic situation and looks out the future of financial assets investment.
