摘要
鸟氨酸脱羧酶抗酶1(OAZ1)是多胺诱导的一种能反馈性负控多胺合成和多胺运输的蛋白,作为多胺"传感器"灵敏地监控和调节胞内多胺水平。近年来的研究发现,OAZ1能与多种重要的蛋白因子相互作用,抑制它们的活性,并介导它们以非泛素化形式被26S蛋白酶体降解,由此调控细胞周期、中心体复制、DNA损伤修复等重要的生理过程。
Ornithine decarboxylase antizyme 1(OAZ1),which was induced by polyamine,regulates synthesis and transport of polyamine by negative feedback,it played a role of "polyamine sensor" that monitor and modulate the level of intracellular polyamine.Recent studies have found that OAZ1 also took part in other important physiological processes,such as cell cycle,centrosome replication,DNA damage repair etc.OAZ1 interacts with a variety of protein factors and targets their degradation independent of ubiquitination by 26S proteasome.
