摘要 血压变异是人类血压的最基本的生理特征之一。血压变异性蕴含了自主神经系统对心血管调节的重要信息,有证据表明血压变异与靶器官的损害密切相关,降低血压变异可以减少心血管病的发病率和病死率,血压变异性可作为心血管死亡的预测指标,在高血压及其并发症的防治中有广阔的临床应用价值及研究前景。现就血压变异的定义、临床意义及应用进行综述。 Blood pressure variability(BPV)is one of the physiological features of blood pressure.Blood pressure variability contains the important message of autonomic nervous systemin cardiovascular regulation.Evidences show close relationship between blood pressure variability and target organ damage.Reducing blood pressure variability can bring reduction of cardiovascular morbility and mortality.Blood pressure variability can be used as one of the predictors of cardiovascular death,which has wide clinical application value and study future in the prevention and treatment of hypertension and its application.Here is to summarize the research progress in the definition,clinical significance and the application of blood pressure variability.
