腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻(EPISBO)是外科手术术后常见的严重并发症。对EPISBO的治疗已引起国内外众多学者的重视。当前,临床上多首选非手术治疗,一旦出现病情恶变才中转手术治疗。因此,正确地认识EPISBO并在术后早期就及时采取有效的处理方法会减少其并发症,且有利于提高治愈率。在此,就近年来国内外EPISBO治疗的相关文献予以综述。

Early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction on abdomen is a common serious postoperative complication,the treatment for which has aroused extensive attention at home and abroad.Currently,the primary treatment is mostly non-surgical,surgery is only adopted when the disease gets malignant in clinical practice.Therefore,correct understanding of the disease and taking timely and effective early treatment will reduce complications and help to improve the cure rate after surgery.Here is to make a review on the related literatures about early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction on abdomen at home and abroad in recent years.
