Colorectal cancer is one of the most common gastroint-estinal cancers,with an incidence numbering third among malignant tumors;the main treatment is surgery,which in the past was dominated by traditional open surgery.Laparoscopic colorectal surgery has been popular in major hospitals at home and abroad in recent years due to its unique advantages of minimally invasive surgery as well as security and reliability,which are recognized,accepted by most doctors and patients.Along with the technological advances in minimally invasive surgical and medical device development,laparoscopic colorectal cancer will be further improved and developed.
