Some Thoughts on Future Industrial Engineering

摘要 在未来 ,所有的组织和企业将面对一个由顾客需求驱动、快速多变和来自全球四面八方不断增强的市场竞争以及来自某些发达国家在国际关系方面的挑战。为了获取和保持必要的竞争力和对挑战的响应 ,已经证明 ,最主要的一点是发展未来的工业工程。本文探索了未来工业工程学的重要研究课题 :可重组企业、可重组制造系统 (RMS)、过程工程、以人为中心的组织与管理以及工厂企业教育培训的革新。 All types of organizations and enterprises in the future will be facing rapidly changing and ever stronger market competition driven by customers demands wordwide as well as the challenges from developed nations in international relationship. To obtain and maintain the necessary competitiveness and to respond to those challenges, the most important move is to develop the future industrial engineering (IE). Advanced research on some of the major topics in future IE, such as the reconfigurable enterprises, reconfigurable manufacturing systems (RMS), process engineering, people-centered organization and management and innovation of training and education of plants and enterprises has been made in this paper.
