摘要
目的观察孟鲁司特钠片联合吸入型糖皮质激素治疗儿童哮喘的疗效。方法将78例哮喘患儿分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠片口服,观察临床症状控制时间及复发率。结果治疗组临床症状控制时间为(5.41±0.95)d,与对照组(7.35±0.75)d相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时其复发率明显低于对照组。结论孟鲁司特钠片联合吸入激素治疗儿童哮喘可明显提高治疗效果及降低哮喘复发率。
Objective To observe the effect of montelukast sodium tablets combined corticosteroid inhalation in the treatment of childhood asthma.Methods 78 patients with asthma were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group were treated by montelukast sodium tablets on the basis of treatment in the control group,observe control time of clinical symptom and recurrence rate.Results Control time of clinical symptom of the treatment group was（5.41±0.95）days,and the control group was（7.35±0.75）days,the difference was statietically significant（P0.05）.At the same time,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The treatment of montelukast sodium tablets combined with inhaled corticosteroids for childhood asthma can significantly impove the treatment effect and reduce the recurrence rate of asthma.
