资源型城市发展很难跳出"成也资源、败也资源"的规律。如何保持资源型城市可持续发展的动力是一项重要课题。只有把握时机引导城市发展全面转型,才能使资源型城市避免因资源枯竭而出现"矿竭城衰"的困境。从产业生命周期的视角分析资源型城市发展面临的共性问题,对资源型城市经济转型和结构调整提出对策建议。

Resource-type Cities play very important roles of growth on the earth.Since the recourses reserves are markedly decreasing;they are confronted with seriously urgent and difficult task of industry conversion.Generally,resource-type cities conversion will face three models.The mode of is given with case study of city conversion in different status.So we scaled the resource-type cities track by four dimensionality.The countermeasures are put forward based on the current situation of resource-type Cities.
