影响我国女子百米栏成绩的竞技能力因素分析

An Analysis of the Competitive Ability Affecting China's Performance in Women's 100m Hurdles

采用文献资料法,查阅有关女子百米跨栏项目的发展规律、运动成绩变化、跨栏比赛等文献资料,对女子百米栏成绩的影响因素进行研究.中国女子百米栏成绩与世界水平的差距来自多方面,而运动员的竞技能力则是最根本最重要的影响因素.竞技水平的整体提高需要依仗有关人士对竞技能力的重视,女子百米栏运动员科学系统的训练,教练员科学的指导等.女子百米栏运动员的整体竞技水平提高了,成绩才会提高,与世界百米栏水平之间的距离才会缩小.

By using the method of literature,the article makes a study of the factors affecting women＇s 100m hurdles based on the data about the development law of women＇s 100m hurdles,the changes of sports performance,and hurdle race.The results show that there are many factors resulting in the gap between the national level and the world level,among which the competitive ability is the most important and essential one.The overall improvement of the competitive level depends on the importance attached to the competitive ability,the scientific and systematic training and the scientific guidance of the coach. Only by improving women＇s 100m hurdles athlete＇s overall competitive level,can the performance be improved and the gap between national level and the world level narrowed.
