摘要
在日常的武术套路教学中,提高武术学生各专项身体素质、套路演练水平是武术套路教学的重点和难点,合理的运用时间控制、声音刺激、视觉刺激不仅能提高武术套路运动员的兴趣,而且能有效地发展学生的各专项身体素质和套路演练水平.
In daily Wushu routine teaching,to improve students' physical fitness and exercise level is both the key point and the difficult point,and to make rational use of time control,sound stimulation and visual stimulation not only can increase Wushu routine athletes' interest,but also can develop their physical fitness and exercise level effectively.
