区域性休闲旅游资源的开发与人才培养的设想——以安徽巢湖为例

The Development of Regional Leisure Tourism and the Ideas on Talents Training——ACase Study of ChaohuArea

在安徽省巢湖市境内,温泉、文博、农家乐、滨湖等休闲类旅游资源非常丰富.在开发过程中,专业对口人才的缺乏严重阻碍了当地旅游业的发展.从课程设置、实训条件建设、优秀教师队伍的培养和毕业设计4个方面探讨了当地高校休闲旅游专业人才的培养模式,以期推动教育事业与当地经济的共同发展.

In Chaohu City,Anhui Province,there are rich tourist resources such as hot spring,cultural heritage,Nongjiale and lakes.However,the lack of professional talents has seriously hindered the development of local tourism.This paper attempts to explore the training model of the local universities from the design of curriculum,the construction of training conditions, the training of excellent teachers and thesis guidance,so as to promote the common development of education and local economy.
