经食管超声心动图在心肺复苏中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 对于心脏骤停的患者，传统的心肺复苏（CPR）恢复其心跳和呼吸的理念已经深入人心，但如今这一理念正受到挑战。2009年1月Ewy等[1]提出了心脑复苏（CCR）的新概念，标志着CCR概念走上前台，是心脏骤停救治的一次观念变革。CCR强调除颤后先按压，再判断心脏节律。CCR的规范是在电击前以100次／分胸外按压200次，
