肌钙蛋白Ⅰ与慢性心力衰竭患者心脏结构及功能的相关性研究

摘要
近年来心脏肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cardiac troponinⅠ,cTnⅠ)不但广泛用于诊断冠心病、急性心肌梗死,亦有关于其在慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)诊断与预后中应用价值的相关报道[1],但其与CHF左心功能的关系并不明确。本研究旨在探讨CHF患者血清cTnⅠ水平与心脏结构及功能的相关性以及其临床意义。
