摘要
我公司用半连续铸造方法生产ZK41M镁合金200 mm×800 mm规格的扁锭,经常出现裂纹,有竖裂纹、横裂纹、内裂纹、铸造的前部裂纹、铸造的后部裂纹。改进底座制造方案,将原来底座上的两个孔改为一个孔,在铸造生产时,开始铸造的部位没有了竖裂纹。
The ZK41M magnesium alloy 200 mm × 800 mm slab is produced by semi-continuous casting. The crackles are distributed full of the slab, such as vertical crackles, horizontal crackles, inner crackles, crackles on the slab head and crackles on the slab end. The pedestal of the casting machine has been improved from two holes into one hole, which can eliminate the vertical crackles on the slab head.
