儿童2型糖尿病相关研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 2型糖尿病（T2DM）即非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病NIDDM（non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus）,是指由于胰岛素抵抗伴胰岛素分泌不足所致的持续性慢性高血糖,是一种多基因遗传疾病。过去认为,T2DM主要发生于成年人,儿童少见。近数十年,由于社会经济的发展,饮食结构改变,
