新型农民培育的制约因素及对策研究:以江西为例

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Cultivating New Type Farmers ——Takes Jiangxi Province as an Example

培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,是建设社会主义新农村和实现农民增收的迫切需要,是发展现代农业的基础。文章以实际调查获得的数据资料为基础,分析了江西省农民对培训需求情况,剖析了新型农民培训工作的现状、面临的诸多问题,并提出改善农民培训工作的具体对策建议。

To cultivate the new type farmers that they are possessed with knowledge,techniques and management thought is the urgent need of building a new countryside and increasing the peasants＇ income,meanwhile,which is also the basis for the development of modern agriculture.In this paper,the authors analyzed the demand,status and issues of training farmers in Jiangxi Province based on the data that obtained by actual survey,and proposed some specific countermeasures to improve the farmer trainings.
