With China entering WTO, Chinese auto groups must go into action rapidly and set up suitable quality assurance system. Based on studying foreign advanced auto industrial quality management experiences and combined with domestic quality management practices, the formation of complete vehicle quality assurance system and how to malce effective evaluation are introduced in this paper.
