基于层次分析法的非公有制林业运行趋势模型

Operating Trend of Non-public Owned Forestry Based on AHP

运用层次分析法,在专家咨询和借鉴有关评价体系的基础上,确定了国有林区非公有制林业运行趋势的指标体系,构建了预测非公有制林业运行趋势的模型。分析结果显示:非公有制林业运行的趋势——运行主体向现代企业形式的集约化发展,运行目标向追求生态效益等多效益发展,运行环境向政府加大扶持力度上发展。

An index system for the operating trend of non-public owned forestry was established by expert consultation and Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） method.And a model for predicting the operating trend of non-public owned forestry was also built.The analysis shows that the operating main body would develop intensively into modern enterprise,and the operation target would develop towards the pursuit of ecological benefits and the operation environment towards the intensified government support.
