摘要
针对中央面板塑料件,利用Pro/Plastic Advisor进行充型模拟,确定最佳浇口数量与位置。基于UG/Moldwizerd和UG/Solid Modeling,应用手动与自动分模相结合的方法,进行整套模具结构的全三维设计。企业生产实践证明,用该模具生产的塑料件尺寸、形位公差符合要求。
Aiming at the plastics central panel, the whole filling process of plastics part was simulated by utilizing Pro/Plastic Advisor. Application of manual and automatic mold design method, the all three-dimensional design of injection mold structure was proceeded by UG / Moldwizerd and UG / Solid Modeling. The size and shape of plastic part conformed the request by production practice of proven.
