摘要
笔者分析了云广特高压直流输电工程穗东站直流系统调试期间一次保护误动作致使双极停运的事故。根据保护装置录波和独立录波器录波,通过比较、分析不同录波方式、相同算法得到的波形,指出保护装置采样频率混频引起交流滤波器电阻基波过流保护误动作是这次事故的主要原因。提出的两种解决措施,有助于增强特高压直流系统的安全稳定性,并通过实时数字仿真(RTDS)试验和现场运行验证了其有效性。
During the test and operation of Suidong converter station in Yunnan-Guangdong DC transmission project, the fault tripping of resistance fundamental over-current protection is analyzed which resulted to the bipole block of UHVDC project. The reason of this accident is given according to the transient fault records (TFR) of protection equipment and the oscilloscope. The different results are acquired in the same algorithm with different TFR. Two methods are given to solve this problem and proved by RTDS test. When these methods are utilized in future China UHVDC control and protection system, the UHVDC can operate better.
