摘要
针对例行介损试验中发现的Garton效应,分析了10 kV下介损试验存在的问题,对现场试验方法进行了探讨,提出了轻便型串谐式高压介损装置测试原理,实现了反接线和多通道方式测量电容器高压介损。结果表明:解决了传统高压介损试验在现场难以开展的测试问题,克服了Garton效应对介损测试结果的影响。
With regard to Garton effect in routine dielectric loss test, this paper analyzes the problems in 10 kV dielectric loss test, discusses the field test procedure, and describes testing principle of lightweight serial harmonic type HV dielectric loss device. An inverse connection and multi-channel method for HV capacitor dielectric loss measurement is proposed and implemented. The results show that the problems which make field test difficult to be carried out with the traditional method are solved, and the Garton effect on result of dielectric loss test is overcome
