摘要
介绍了国内外医疗资源整合的发展历程及其研究现状，其中特别关注了根据医疗服务价值链区分的医疗资源横向整合与纵向整合的特点，并分析了医疗资源整合的一些影响因素，如医疗保险支付方式、信息化等。在借鉴国内外经验的基础上，从治理结构、运行机制、医疗保险支付方式、信息化及学科建设等方面，对医疗资源纵向整合提出建议。
Covered herein are the milestones and researches made on heatthcare resources integration in China and abroad, focusing on characteristic horizontal and vertical integration of heaithcare resources based on medical service value chain. It also analyzed influencing factors on healthcare resources integration, such as health insurance payment and informationization. With reference to global experiences, suggestions are made on the horizontal integration of the resources, in terms of governance, operation mechanism, health insurance payment, informationization and discipline development.
