摘要
以高职食品专业果蔬加工技术课程为基础,结合学校实际,围绕课程体系改革,以提高教学质量为目标,对该课程实施项目化教学改革。通过重新进行课程定位,探索切合项目化课程和管理课程实际的教学模式及考核方式,丰富了教学内容,完善了教学模式、方法,丰富了教学手段,并提出了改革的方向。
On the basis of fruit/vegetable processing technology course of the food specialty in higher vocational colleges and aiming at the improvement in teaching quality,the reform of project teaching was practiced in combination with the actual situation of our college and around reforms of the course system.By repositioning the course,the modes of teaching and assessment were explored which were practical for the realities of project course and management course,enriching the teaching content and means,and perfecting the teaching modes and methods.In addition,the direction of the reform was put forward.
