基于全民健身理念的风筝运动在湘西地区的开展研究

On the Kite Development in West Hunan Based on the Concept of Nationwide Fitness

文章运用文献资料、访问调查、数理统计与逻辑分析等研究方法,对风筝运动在湘西地区开展的可行性及在湘西全民健身中的意义进行研究。研究结果认为,湘西地区全民健身状况呈现出组织管理不健全,体育健身场地缺乏,经常参加体育锻炼的人较少等状况;并认为风筝运动的传统性、娱乐性、群众性、健身性等可以促进湘西地区全民健身的发展。提出了应该从加大宣传力度,提高健身意识;加强组织管理,培养体育骨干;结合传统节日,组织群众体育竞赛等全民健身发展的具体措施。

With the methods of literature, interview and investigation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper deals with the feasibility study and the significance of the Kite Movement development in West Hunan＇s nationwide fitness campaign. The results show that the present situations of West Hunan＇s nationwide fitness campaign present the characteristics of unsound administration, lack of sports venues, less participation and so on. And we hold this view that Kite Movement can promote the development of West Hunan＇s nationwide fitness for its popularity and entertaining features. Therefore, we should make efforts to enhance publicizing it and raise people＇s fitness awareness. Furthermore, it is of great importance to strengthen the management, foster sports talents, combine traditional festivals and organize the masses to sports competitions for the sake of nationwide fitness development.
