甘肃省农村残疾人体育和谐保障体系研究

A Study on Harmonious Security System of Sports for the Disabled in Rural Area of Gansu Province

文章采用文献资料法、数理统计法对甘肃省农村残疾人体育现状进行了阐述,找出解决甘肃省农村残疾人体育滞后的原因,力求从政策法规、管理机制、认知程度、保障体系着手来研究农村残疾人体育的社会保障问题,以期使此问题得到社会更多关注,使农村残疾人体育在和谐、健康的社会环境中发展。

Basing on the literature approach and statistical method, this paper depicts the current situations of sports for the disabled in rural area of Gansu Province. This paper detects the reasons why sports for the disabled in Gansu Province is lagging behind and tries to study the social security problems of sports for the disabled from the perspectives of governmental policies, management mechanism, people＇s awareness as well as security system. The study expects that sports for the disabled in rural area can get more attention from the public and it can develop in a harmonious and healthy social environments.
