高龄初妇产对围生儿的影响

目的:探讨高龄初产妇对围生儿的影响。方法:选择在产科住院分娩的高龄初产110例为观察组,单胎初产妇110例作为对照组,比较两组分娩方式,观察围产儿情况,比较新生儿结局。结果:观察组顺产率低于对照组,剖宫产率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组足月小样、巨大儿、早产、低体重发生率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄初产可影响围生儿结局,临床应予以重视,采取适当的处理措施。

Objective：To analyze the impact of elderly primipara on the impact of perinatal child.Methods：110 cases of elderly primiparous hospitalized in our hospital were regarded as observation group,and 110 cases of single fetal primipara were regarded as control group,mode of delivery were compared,the perinatal conditions were observed,and neonatal prognosis were compared.Results：Vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and cesarean section rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Incidence rates of term sample,great children,premature birth,low birth weight in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Elderly primipara can affect the perinatal prognosis,which should be taken attention and take appropriate measures.
