Media Behavior and the Urbanization of Residents Changing from Rural to Non-rural Registration

以重庆农转非社区居民为对象,研究农转非居民的媒介行为与市民化的关联。研究发现,农转非居民的媒介行为和媒介内容偏好对其向城市人观念与行为转变有一定影响。促进农转非居民的媒介使用,长远看来会对农转非居民的市民化产生更为积极的作用。

The research takes residents changing from rural to non-rural registration at communities as the subject, and delves into the relation between media behavior and urbanization of the subject. It is suggested that certain relations do exist between media behavior and content preference of subject and the transformation towards townie behavior and idea of subject. According to the result, to encourage the media use of residents changing from rural to non-rural registration, is going to advance the urbanization of those residents in a more positive way in the long run.
