摘要
活性粉末混凝土(RPC)是超细粒聚密材料与纤维增强材料经高温热合等特定工艺制备的一种新型超高性能混凝土,因其高抗压、高抗折、高耐久性及良好的体积稳定性等优良性能,已经进入实际工程应用阶段。本文通过对铁路客专RPC电缆槽盖板制备过程中材料强度的总结分析,归纳出工厂化生产制备过程中影响活性粉末混凝土(RPC)材料性能的几个主要因素。
Reactive powder concrete (RPC) is a new kind of ultra-high performance concrete, which is prepared by ultra-fine poly-dense material and fiber reinforced material through high temperature and heat-eonglutinating process. Because of its high compressive strength, flexural strength, durability and good volume stability, RPC is entering the practical engineering application stage. In this paper, based on the summary of the material strength in the production process of railway passenger special RPC cable gutter plank plate, the main factors effecting the RPC properties are concluded in the factory producing process.
