芯模振动制管工艺与径向挤压制管工艺对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了芯模振动制管工艺及径向挤压制管工艺的原理及优缺点,通过对两种制管工艺的原材料与技术经济指标等进行对比分析,指出了芯模振动制管工艺具有成本低、管子质量好、制管种类多等优点,但其表面光洁度不如径向挤压制管工艺。此外,对两种制管工艺制管时产生裂缝的原因、模具要求、芯模振动制管工艺的振动频率等问题进行了探讨,并提出各企业应根据自身情况及工艺特点选择合适的制管工艺。 The principle, advantages and disadvantages of core vibrated casting process and radial extruding process are introduced. And raw materials, technical and economic indexes of the two processes are contrasted and analyzed in detail, which indicate that there are many advantages about core vibrated casting process such as lower cost, making many kinds of pipes with good quality, but surface finish of pipes manufactured by this method is worse than that of pipes manufactured by radial extruding process. Meanwhile, the cause of cracks, mould requirements and vibration frequency of core vibrated casting process during manufacturing pipes using the two processes are discussed. In addition, it also points out that enterprises should choose the appropriate process according their own situation and process characteristics.
