摘要
研究了胶凝材料用量为400kg/m3和450kg/m3,聚丙烯纤维掺量为0,1.0kg/m3和1.5kg/m3的牺牲混凝土抗压强度及早期抗裂性能。试验结果表明,聚丙烯纤维对牺牲混凝土增强效果不明显,当牺牲混凝土中聚丙烯纤维掺量达到1.0kg/m3,混凝土的最大裂缝宽度下降了0.15mm,当牺牲混凝土中聚丙烯纤维掺量达到1.5kg/m3,可以显著提高牺牲混凝土的早期抗裂性能。
Evaluations of the compressive strength and early age crack resistance capacity for polypropylene fiber reinforced sacrificial concrete are conducted, while the cementitious material of sacrificial concrete is 400kg/m3 and 450kg/ m3, the polypropylene fiber content is 0, 1.0kg/m3 and 1.5kg/m3, respectively. The experimental results show that the influence of polypropylene firer content on compressive strength of concrete is unconspicuous. When sacrificial concrete pavements with 1.0kg/m3 polypropylene fiber, the largest crack width decreases about 1.5mm compared with the ordinary sacrificial concrete. And when the polypropylene fiber dosage is up to 1.5kg/m3, it can significantly improve the early age crack resistance capacity of sacrificial concrete.
