职业道德养成的心理机制初探

The Brief Exploration of Psychological Mechanism of Professional Ethics Development

在对职业道德养成这个问题的研究中中职层次多,高职层次少;宏观的研究多,个人微观的研究少;尤其是对职业道德养成的心理基础的研究更少。在此基础上,作者提出心理健康是职业道德养成的个人基础;职业道德认同是职业道德养成的标志。

In the research of professional ethics development,there is more studies in the level of secondary vocational schools and less studies in the level of higher vocational colleges;more macro studies and less individual microscopic studies,especially much less the study for the psychological base of the professional ethics development.Therefore,this article puts forward that mental health is the individual base of professional ethics development and the recognition of the professional ethics is the symbol of the professional ethics development.
