我国的高等职业教育已走向与市场化相结合的道路,培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质技能型人才是社会对高职人才的要求,但人们对高职院校所欠缺的人文教育却思考甚少,以致出现职业教育只能培养人力或劳动力,培养服务于某些目的专业工人,而忽视了"人之为人"的本质追求。

China＇s higher vocational education has already been featured with market-oriented way and oriented to cultivate high-quality and skilled personnel with innovative spirit and ability,but lacked for awareness of humanistic education resulting in the fact that the modern higher vocational education could only train manpower or labors,as well as professional workers serving in certain fields,while neglecting essential education of ＂human nature pursuit＂.
