对天津市成人院校师资培训工作的几点思考——基于终身教育理念下天津市成人院校师资培训现状的调研

Reflections on Staff Training in Tianjin Adult Colleges and Universities——An Investigation of Current Staff Training Based on the Concept of Lifelong Education

通过对天津市7所成人院校调研,发现成人院校师资培训还不能满足终身教育理念实施的要求,存在着教师求知热情不高、对培训内容不满意等问题,因此,各成人院校需从探索成人培训规律、科学制定培训计划等方面入手,进一步提升师资培训的有效性。

The investigation of 7 adult colleges and universities in Tianjin shows that the adult college staff training also can＇t meet the requirements of the implementation of the concept of lifelong education.The problems,for instance,teachers＇ enthusiasm is not high or they are not satisfied with the training content,still exist.Therefore,the adult colleges need to further enhance the effectiveness of staff training from the aspects of exploring adult training law and making the training plan scientifically and so on.
