摘要
在对上下级沟通和信任相关文献进行综合分析的基础上,针对以往研究的局限,从沟通频率、沟通方式、沟通风格和沟通方向4个维度,建立了上下级沟通与下属上向信任的概念模型。然后,在此基础上提出研究假设,并以国有企业中低层管理者与其直接下属为研究对象进行了验证。
After literature review, we divide communication into four aspects, and then put forward the model and the hypothesis about communication and trust. We prove the model and hypothesis with statistics method after the data collection from superiors and their subordinates in organizations in China. The study gives some suggestions about how to build and maintain subordinates trust in leadership, and puts forward the direction of further research.
