人力资源管理实践与组织绩效关系的元分析:从不同实践内容和文化视角切入 被引量:15

A Meta-analysis on the Relationship of Human Resource Management Practices and Organizational Performance from Specific Perspectives of Practices' Categories and Culture

摘要 基于当前人力资源管理实践与组织绩效关系研究结论不一的现状,对国内外31种重要期刊的101篇实证研究论文进行了元分析。同时,针对二者关系研究中对人力资源管理实践内容分类不一的问题,在综合各种分类方式的基础上提出了新的二维划分方式,并检验了不同实践内容与组织绩效的关系。此外,还将101篇实证文献按照东西方不同文化背景对研究对象加以细分,对比研究了人力资源管理实践在不同文化下的作用。 The present paper adopts meta-analytic method to analyze 101 empirical papers from 31 top academic journals in western countries and China. Meanwhile, due to the inconsistent categories of HRMP, the authors conduct a new two-dimension category of HRMP and test the relationship of HRMP and OP. In addition, the present paper further explored the impacts of culture on the relationship of HRMP and OP.
