摘要
目的:研究腺梗豨莶中的抗风湿活性成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱等技术分离化合物,根据化合物的理化性质和运用波谱技术鉴定结构。结果:从石油醚部位分离得到4个化合物,分别为二十四碳酸(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、熊果酸(3)、N-(N-苯甲酰基-L-苯丙胺酰基)-O-乙酰基-L-苯丙氨醇(4)。化合物1~3对LPS诱导巨噬细胞释放NO具有明显的抑制活性,IC50分别为13.1μg/mL,13.9μg/mL,5.9μg/mL,优于阳性药物氢化可的松。熊果酸还对巨噬细胞释放TNF-α具有明显的抑制作用,IC50为1.6μg/mL。结论:化合物3为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the constituents of Siegesbeckia pubescens. Methods:Compounds were isolated by silica gel chro- matography and identified by physiochemical properties and spectra data. Results:Four compounds were isolated from the petrol e- ther fraction and identified to be tetracosa-carbonic acid (1), 13-sitosterol (2), ursolic acid (3), (N-(N-benzoyl-L-phenylalanyl)-O- actyl-L- phenylalanol (4). 1-3 inhibited the NO production induced by LPS, with IC50 of 13. 1μg/mL, 13.9μg/mL, 5.9vg/mL, respectively. 3 also inhibited the release of TNF-α with IC50 of 1.6μg/mL. Conclusion: 3 was firstly isolated from this genus.
