摘要
目的:探讨舒肝解郁治疗糖尿病伴发抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将64例糖尿病伴发抑郁症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各32例,对照组采用氟西汀(百忧解)治疗,治疗组采用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,汉密尔顿抑郁(HMAD)量表判断两组患者疗效,并观察其副反应。结果:治疗组起效明显早于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义,疗效相当,且治疗组副反应少。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊可治疗糖尿病伴发抑郁症,起效快,副反应少,依从性好。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu capsule in treating diabetes associated with depression.Methods:64 patients with diabetes associated with depression were randomly divided into 32 cases of control group and 32 cases of treatment group,the control group treated with fluoxetine(Prozac),the treatment group treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule,using Hamilton Depression(HMAD) scale to determine the efficacy of two groups of patients,and we also observed side effects of the two group.Results:The efficacy of the treatment group were significantly earlier than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,the efficacy of the two group were similar,and the side effects of the treatment group was fewer.Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu capsules can get much earlier efficacy,fewer side effects and good compliance in treating diabetes associated with depression.
