立体定位技术在乳腺隐匿性病变活检诊断中的临床应用

摘要 随着医学科学的发展和影像学检查技术的进步,越来越多的临床触诊阴性的乳腺病灶被检出。其中9%~42%经活检诊断为早期乳腺癌[1]。钼靶摄片是发现乳腺隐匿性病灶最有效的检查手段之一,对这些影像学发现的可疑病变如何进行准确的定位活组织检查,明确诊断,是目前临床研究的热点。
