摘要
我国加入WTO在即,来自于ISO14000“绿色”贸易壁垒的威胁迫在眉睫,我国的有关化工企业和组织应提高管理水平,开展绿色化学科技创新,改善环境质量,尽早通过ISO14000环境管理体系认证,提高加入世界贸易组织后的国际竞争力。
China will soon be a member country of WTO. The threat that comes from ISO14000 'green' trade barrier is imminent. The chemical enterprises and relevant organization in our country should strengthen the management, enhance the 'green' scientific and techniligical innovation, improve environmental quality so as to sooner go through the authentication of ISO14000 environmental managing system and be highly competitive after joning WTO.
