灯盏花素对小鼠化学性记忆障碍的改善作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究灯盏花素对某些化学试剂引起小鼠记忆获得和记忆保持障碍的作用。方法采用小鼠水迷宫行为实验法,检测灯盏花素对戊巴比妥钠、亚硝酸钠引起小鼠记忆获得和记忆保持障碍的作用。以小鼠到达终点平台时间(潜伏期)和进入盲端次数作为检测指标。结果在连续5 d记忆获得实验中,15 mg/kg戊巴比妥钠明显抑制小鼠记忆获得;120 mg/kg亚硝酸钠明显引起小鼠记忆保持障碍;5,10和20 mg/kg灯盏花素均能不同程度地降低戊巴比妥钠、亚硝酸钠引起小鼠到达终点的潜伏期和进入盲端的次数。结论灯盏花素能改善戊巴比妥钠和亚硝酸钠引起的小鼠学习、记忆障碍。 Purpose To study the effect of breviscapine on memory acquisition and consolidation deft- cits induced by some chemicals. Methods The mice water maze was used to evaluate the effect of brevis-capine on memory acquisition and consolidation impairment of mice induced by carbrital sodium and NaNO2. The latency to find terminal platform and the number of errors entering non-exits in water maze were measured to assess the memory performance. Results During 5 d memory acquisition trial,15 mg/kg carbrital sodium obviously inhibited the memory acquisition and 120 mg/kg NaNO2 significantly induced the mice memory consolidation impairment. Aiministration of 5,10 and 20 mg/kg breviscapine for 5 d could reduce the increased latencies and number of errors induced by carbrital and NaNO2 in the water maze. Conclusion Breviscapine may make improvement in the learning and memory deficits of mice caused by carbrital sodium and NaNO2.
