摘要
采用激光-电弧复合焊接方法,研究焊接电流对焊缝成形、熔滴过渡和电信号的影响规律。结果表明:激光.电弧复合焊接电流不宜过大,160~180A是较理想的范围,耦合效果最佳,此时的熔滴过渡、电信号稳定。
This paper, by using the method of laser-arc hybrid welding, studies the influences of welding current on weld shaping, droplet transfer and electrical signal. Experiments indicate that 160 - 180A is the required welding current, which has the best coupling effect, the droplet transfer and the electrieal signal are stable.
