摘要
高校党性教育在发展过程中存在入党前重视考察培养,入党后忽视持续教育的现象。一方面与现有的体制有关,另一方面也与大学生入党后面临着顶岗实习、毕业找工作的情况有关。锥型模式的构建,就是要建立一种目标明确、操作简易、管理规范、环境友好的制度。使高校党性教育形成制度化、信息化、人性化、终身化。
Universities often focus on students' Party spirit education before they join the Party, while neglect continuing education after they become Party members. On the one hand, it is due to the present institutions, on the other hand, it is related to their practice and employment. The establishment of the tapered mode is to build a institution with clear objectives, easy operation, regulated management and friendly environment, making Party spirit education become institutionalized, informationized, humanized and lifelong education.
