摘要
研究依据中国科学院"创新2020"战略发展规划,立足于工程院所研究生教育培养管理的需求,结合我所多年研究生教育培养的经验,提出了在研究生教育培养过程中引入了目标管理模式。通过分析当前研究生教育培养要求和整体形势,阐述了目标管理机制确立的基础。探讨了目标管理模式在"产学研"相结合的研究生培养中的辅助性作用,以及目标管理过程中融入多导师分级指导制度的可行性。
According to the ＂Innovation 2020＂ strategic development plan of Chinese Academy of Sciences （ CAS ）, combining with many years＇ experience of postgraduate education in our institute, this article puts forward the idea of introducing management by objectives （MBO） based on the demand of postgraduate education in engineering institutes. Through analyzing the current needs and situation, it elaborates the foundation of MBO and discusses the additional role MBO plays in the combination of production, study and research. Furthermore, it explains the feasibility of multi-tutor grading mode in the process of MBO.
