应用型大学嵌入式系统人才培养模式研究

Research on Talent Training Mode of Embedded System in Local Applied Undergraduate Colleges

主要结合我校"应用型"人才培养目标,从实验条件和师资力量出发,针对如何培养目前在校就读的本科生尽快地成社会上急需的嵌入式系统设计开发人才,总结出一些行之有效的人才培养模式,重点对设置嵌入式系统专业所需要的课程体系、教学计划、教学方法和教学方式等相关的问题进行了进一步探讨和实践,给出了建议,目的在于推广嵌入式软件人才培养模式,缓解嵌入式软件开发人员短缺的问题。

In light of the applied talent training target of our university, from experimental conditions and the stuff, this article summa- rizes some effective personnel training modes on how to train enrolled students to become urgently required embedded system design and development talents as soon as possible. It discusses the related problems by focusing on curriculum system, teaching plan, teaching methods, etc. Then it gives some suggestions aiming at promoting the embedded software talents training mode and relieving the shortage of talents.
