摘要
目的探讨Kiss-1与NF—κB在大肠癌中的表达及其与生物学行为的关系,并分析两者的关系。方法应用免疫组化sP法检测Kiss-1、NF—κB在103例大肠癌及正常大肠黏膜组织中的表达。结果(1)Kiss-1蛋白在大肠癌中的阳性率为43.69%(45/103),在正常组织中的阳性率为79.61%(82/103),两者问的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),Kiss-1在癌组织的表达明显低于对照组;NF—κB蛋白在大肠癌中的阳性率为66.02%(68/103),在正常组织中的阳性率为22.33%(23/103),两者间的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),NF—κB在癌组织的表达明显高于对照组。(2)Kiss-1在大肠癌中的表达与淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P〈0.05)。(3)NF—κB在大肠癌中的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期及浸润深度有关(P〈0.05),Kiss-1及NF—κB与性别、年龄等其他临床病理参数无关。(4)Kiss-1与NF—κB在大肠癌中的表达呈负相关(X2=6.7811,P〈0.05)。结论Kiss-1和NF—κB的异常表达可能与大肠癌的发生发展密切相关,两者在肿瘤的恶性进程中扮演重要角色。
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of Kiss - 1 and its bio- logical behavior, as well as its correlation with the expression of NF - κB in colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of Kiss - 1 and NF -κB were detected by immunohistochemical staining in 103 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues,and were compared with those in 103 cases of normal eoloreetal tissues. Results ( 1 ) The positive rate of Kiss - 1 protein was 43.69% (45/103) in colorectal carcinoma tissues and 79.61% (82/103)in normal colorectal tissues;There was significant difference between the two groups. The positive rate of Kiss - 1 protein was lower in tumor than that in normal colorectal tissues. The positive rate of NF - κB protein was 66.02% (68/103) in colorectal carcinoma tissues and 22.33% (23/103) in normal colorectal tissues; There was significant difference between the two groups. The positive rate of NF - κB protein was higher in tumor than that in normal colorectal tissues. (2)The expression of Kiss - 1 in colorectal carcinoma tissues correlated with the metastasis of lymph nodes and the clinical stage ( P 〈 O. 05). (3)The expression of NF -κB in colorectal carcinoma tissues correlated with the metastasis of lymph nodes, the clinical stage, and the depth of invasion( P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of Kiss - 1 and NF - KB in colorectal carcinoma did not significantly correlate with the sex or age of patients and so on. (4)The expression of Kiss - 1 negatively correlated with NF - κB ( X2 = 6.7811 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The ab- normal expression of Kiss - 1 and NF -κB are important genetic events associated with the genesis and development of colorectal carcinoma.
