摘要
特异性免疫治疗(SIT)对变应性鼻炎治疗的分子学机制至今尚未完全阐明,且没有一个理想有效的客观指标来预测SIT的临床疗效。IL-10、特异性IgG4的反应增加是SIT引起的免疫学变化。IL-10作为免疫抑制细胞因子,对特异性IgG4的合成及阻滞活性有调节作用。特异性IgG4抗体反应发挥其阻滞IgE活性,与SIT机制密切相关。IL-10与IgG4抗体呈同步增高,可能用来预测特异性免疫治疗的临床反应。
The molecular mechanism of specific immunotherapy（SIT）for allergic rhinitis is currently not clear,and there is not an ideal and objective prognostic indicator to evaluate the clinic effect of SIT.Responsive increases of IL-10 and specific IgG4 are the main immune change induced by SIT.IL-10 is an immune inhibitor to regulate synthesis and inhibition of specific IgG4.Specific IgG4 antibody inhibits IgE and is involved in SIT mechanism.IL-10 and IgG4 antibody present simultaneous increase,which may be used to predict the clinic response of SIT.
